Aimee Lou Wood has addressed the controversy over how Saturday Night Live mocked her teeth as she prepares to host the UK edition this week.
Last year, the White Lotus star complained that her portrayal in a parody sketch by Sarah Sherman as 'mean and unfunny'.
And in the trailer for this Saturday's Sky broadcast, Wood is met by cast members covering their mouths. 'Have you guys got fake teeth in?' she says, accusatorially. 'Wow, wow. This is all one big set-up to humiliate me, then. I thought SNL UK would be different, but I was wrong.'
But it turns out Ayoade Bamgboye, Celeste Dring and Al Nash were hiding a different secret...
Referencing the controversy over her portrayal in the US original
