Peter Serafinowicz announces his first live tour as himself
Using face-swap tech he devleoped himself
Peter Serafinowicz is embarking on his first solo UK tour as himself.
The comic will be using face-swap technology he developed himself to create a live show that blurs the line between him and famous faces he impersonates. These will include Michael Caine, The Beatles, Elvis Presley and his longtime character Brian Butterfield.
The show has been created with comedy writers the Dawson Bros, a trio who have collaborated with Serafinowicz for more than two decades.
They said in a statement: ’We were always going to say yes to writing with him on his pioneering live comedy show. But what sealed the deal was a phone call from Sir Michael Caine. And then Sir Paul McCartney. And then Brian Butterfield. Peter really does know everyone.’
The tech creates an on-screen character that mimics in real time what Serafinowicz is doing on stage.

The tour marks roughly two decades since The Peter Serafinowicz Show first aired on BBC Two, ‘but this is no nostalgia trip,’ producers say. ‘Instead, Peter is taking his talent for transforming himself into other people to a whole new level, using face-swap technology to create an unpredictable live comedy experience’.
Serafinowicz’s 2024 tour performing as Brian Butterfield sold more than 20,000 sales, including a night at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Serafinowicz’s screen credits include cult TV hits such as Spaced and I’m Alan Partridge through to films such as Shaun Of The Dead, Guardians Of The Galaxy and Star Wars. He has hosted Netflix’s Million Dollar Secret and recently joined the cast of the upcoming HBO Harry Potter TV series as Peeves, the poltergeist who haunts Hogwarts.
