Netflix wants more Nobody Wants This

Streamer orders fourth season of hit romcom

Netflix has renewed Nobody Wants This for a fourth series.

The show’s third series began on October 22 and had the biggest opening week of any Netflix returning comedy this year.

It entered the global top 10 and drew 13.4 million views in its first two weeks to watch outspoken, agnostic Joanne (Kristen Bell) and handsome rabbi Noah (Adam Brody) move into a home and relationship that finally feels solid.

Co-showrunners Erin Foster, Jenni Konner and Bruce Eric Kaplan  said in a statement: ‘We are so happy and thrilled to do another season of our favourite show on television, which coincidentally is the one we run.’

Tracey Pakosta, Netflix’s vice president of comedy series for the US, added: ‘Great love stories never go out of style, and Nobody Wants This has become a true cultural phenomenon.

‘This incredible creative team has built a show that grows with its audience, and our members around the world have embraced it season after season. We cannot be more excited for Season 4.’

The new series will be filmed in Los Angeles.
