Plot revealed

The full official trailer for Ghosts: The Possession of Button House has been released.

It starts with a group of teenagers holding a seance in the haunted house – with the upshot being that Julian Fawcett, the Tory MP played by Simon Farnaby, taking over the body of one of the youngsters,  allowing him to escape the confines of Button House.

And his first task is to call on Alison and Mike (Charlotte Ritchie and Kiell Smith-Bynoe).. with the boy whose corporeal form he borrow finds himself  among the original ghosts. 

The film hits cinemas on October 23.

Lolly Adefope, Mathew Baynton, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick, Laurence Rickard and Ben Willbond all reprise their ghostly roles from the BBC sitcom.
