Eric Idle returns to the stage this month to celebrate his new memoir, Idle in Provence.

And we have six signed copies of the book plus tickets to the events to give away.

In 1971, at the height of Monty Python’s global success, Idle escaped the chaos by purchasing a crumbling farmhouse in the south of France. 

Idle in Provence is the memoir spanning 50 years of his time there, featuring ‘mishaps, friendships, heartbreak, and hilarity’. 

Publishers Penguin Random House say of the ‘riotous, moving memoir’, ‘Think A Year in Provence, but with more absurdity, more setbacks, and, naturally, much more spam’.

To coincide with the publication of the book this Thursday, Idle is playing a three live UK dates: G Live in Guildford on September 19, the Lyceum in London’s West End on September 21, and Bath Komedia on September 23. Tickets are available from https://www.idleinprovence.com/
