Which comedy venues have won this year's Chortle Awards?
The winners of the best comedy clubs and venues in this year’s Chortle Awards can be revealed tonight.
Following more than 6,000 votes from comedy fans and across the industry, the winners are;

MIDLANDS & EAST: Birmingham Glee
SCOTLAND: Monkey Barrel, Edinburgh

LONDON: Stamptown, an anarchic alternative night at the Moth Club
THE NORTH: Barking Tales at the Zombie Shack, Manchester, which has a focus on mental health
THE SOUTH: Bent Double, an LGBT night at Brighton Komedia
MIDLANDS & EAST: Comedy Carousel at Birmingham Glee

The winners of the main categories will be announced in four waves tomorrow at 10am, midday, 2pm and 4pm.
Almost nine in ten respondents described themselves as comedy fans (88 per cent), with 4 per cent industry, 3 per cent each semi-pro and open spot comedians, and 2 per cent pro comedians
We also asked for demographic information and found a slight male bias (49 per cent to 47 per cent female). The biggest age group was 25 to 34-year-olds (29 per cent) followed by 35 to 44 year olds (25 per cent) with the average age around 36.
More than a third of our readers go to live comedy at least once a month an slightly fewer (29 per cent) plan to go to the Edinburgh Fringe in August, though the question was asked before the coronavirus lockdown started,
There will no Chortle Awards ceremony this year, but the winners will be revealed on this four tranches tomorrow:
10am: The specialty awards – character, improv and sketch; music and variety; best compere, offstage contribution
Midday: Media categories: - book, internet, TV and radio awards
2pm: Individual awards - best newcomer, breakthrough act, club comedian, TV comedian
4pm: Live show awards- best show, best tour plus comedians’ comedian
