Coming this April

Here is the trailer for Phoebe Waller-Bridge's new comedy Run – although the Fleabag star doesn't feature in it.

Waller-Bridge is executive producer on the show and has a recurring role, but the teaser focusses exclusively on the two main characters, played by Domhnall Gleeson and Merritt Wever.

They are ex-lovers who made a pact 15 years ago that if one of them ever needed to escape life, they could send the other a simple text message – ‘RUN’ – and impulsively disappear together. And one day, that message is sent.

The show, which comes in eight half-hour episodes, wass written by Waller-Bridge's Fleabag collaborator Vicky Jones, and will air on Sky Comedy on April 15, three days after its US premiere on HBO.
