Jon Stewart's political comedy starring Steve Carell

Here's the first trailer for Irresistible, a new film written and directed by Jon Stewart.

The show tells of a Democratic political consultant, played by Steve Carell, who helps a retired ex-Marine colonel (Chris Cooper) run for mayor in a small Wisconsin town.

Also starring Rose Byrne, Topher Grace, andNatasha Lyonne, the movie draws on the differences between the 'Washington elite' and the concerns of 'ordinary' small-town America that has relevance in the age of Trump and Brexit.
