For an SNL spoof

Phoebe Waller-Bridge has entered Love Island - but only for the sake of Saturday Night Live.

The Fleabag star plays an Essex girl whose 'dad's a boxer and mum's a pub' in the spoof of the show, which has become an unlikely cult hit in the US, thanks to streaming service Hulu.

SNL regulars Cecily Strong, Aidy Bryant, Chris Redd, Beck Bennett, Alex Moffat and Chloe Fineman play other contestants, making heavy work of some regional UK accents, Liverpudlian and Glaswegian especially.

Waller-Bridge made her debut hosting the NBC show last night.
