West End transfer for Good Girl

Naomi Sheldon’s comic Edinburgh hit hits London

Naomi Sheldon’s semi-comic monologue Good Girl is to make its West End debut.

She premiered the piece, her debut play, at last year’s Edinburgh Fringe. Now it will transfer to Trafalgar Studios 2 from March 5 to 31, with a preview at Vault Festival underneath Waterloo station, the previous week.

The show is a darkly comic coming-of-age tale about the experiences of a young girl growing up in the 1990s, touching on sex and mental health. Emma Thompson described the show as ‘cutting edge truth and hilarity from one of the freshest young voices this century’.

Here is our four-star review from the Edinburgh Fringe.

Tickets are available here for the Trafalgar Theatre run and here for the Vault Festival.
