Among seven nominees for Ted Lasso

Brett Goldstein and Nick Mohammed have been nominated for an Emmy award.

The comedians have both been shortlisted for best supporting actor in a comedy series for their role in Ted Lasso, along with their co-stars Jeremy Swift and Brendan Hunt.

Mohammed plays kit man Nate and Goldstein is past-his-prime player Roy Kent  in the Apple+ series. Goldstein is also  executive story editor on the comedy.

The British-made show is also up for best comedy, with star Jason Sudekis up for lead actor,  and co-stars Juno Temple and Hannah Waddingham up for supporting actress.
