The Car Boot Sale

Featuring a cast of comedians

Nick Helm, Harriet Kemsley and Joe Bor are among the stars of a new comedy film about people trying to sell their things at a car boot sale.

Helm and Bor play brothers, with Helm's character full of rage that his sibling is leaving home, Kemsley is a highly-strung jewellery designer

The six-minute short also stars fellow comics Paul F Taylor and Rebecca Shorrocks as a hippie couple trying to divest themselves of earthly possessions; Lenny Sherman as a man with boot sales in his blood – even if his son (Jacob Hawley) is bored by the whole experience; and Phillip Simon as a customer.

Bor wrote and directed the short, which was released on YouTube today.
