As Chortle reported on Wednesday, the long-awaited volume, All About Me! My Remarkable Life In Show Business, hits the shelves in November. 

But why now? His literary agent Jonny Geller has the answer. ‘He felt it was the right time to do it,’ the middleman tweeted. ‘Mid career.’
