comedy Stewart Lee has previously lamented that he's 'too parochial' to land a big-money Netflix special.

But he's big in Japan, at least in the world of wrestling.

On Wednesday, Zack Sabre Jr became the first British wrestler to win the prestigious New Japan Pro Wrestling Cup and the first 'gaijin' (non Japanese wrestler) to take the title in 12 years.

And he finished off Hiroshi Tanahashi with his new signature submission move: 'Orienteering With Napalm Death'.

The title was inspired by a Lee routine, in which he recalls being at Solihull School in Birmingham with the founder members of the grindcore pioneers.

Here's Zack Sabre Jr's victory with the move, technically an 'over-the-shoulder single leg Boston crab banana split'.

Apparently Sabre Jr, whose real name is Lucas Eatwell, is a vegan who shares similar liberal political views to both Lee and Napalm Death and a comedy nerd, dropping Mighty Boosh allusions into his promotional appearances.
