Mark Thomas and Marcel Lucont join Also Festival
Comedy line-up also includes Elf Lyons and Robin Ince
The Also Festival has unveiled its comedy programme for 2026, with political stand-up Mark Thomas and French character comic Marcel Lucont among the headline acts.
The three-day event, running from 10-12 July at Park Farm in Compton Verney, Warwickshire, will also feature poet Luke Wright, who performs his show Later Life Letter.
Lucont will present his Cabaret Fantastique and host a panel marking ten years since Brexit, as well as a game show for children.
Other comedy acts include Elf Lyons, who appears with her father, economist Gerard Lyons, in a live version of the Elfonomics podcast examining how the world works. While clinical psychologist Jane Gregory and comedian Steve Hall will test their marriage in Sounds Like Misophonia, while Robin Ince returns to the festival's Woods Stage.
The festival, now in its 13th year, combines comedy with music, talks and outdoor activities across 50 acres of parkland. This year's theme explores luck and chance.
Beyond comedy, the programme features BBC Radio 4 presenter Claudia Hammond discussing psychology, neuroscientist Anne-Laure Le Cunff on achieving ambitions, and screenwriter Emma Jane Unsworth talking about her novel Slags.
Weekend tickets cost £180 for adults or £390 for families, with day tickets also available.
The festival takes place on land designed by landscape architect Capability Brown, with activities including wild swimming, workshops and forest installations inspired by Fortuna, the Roman goddess of fate.
