From comic Sam Fletcher

Comedian Sam Fletcher is launching a new podcast – mixing walking tours with ‘silly’ interviews.

Episode one of The Comedy Walking Tour will drop on July 31, featuring fellow comic Gráinne Maguire in the Museum of London.

Fletcher – who was nominated for best newcomer at the 2012 Edinburgh Comedy Awards – said: ‘I started this podcast for three reasons - to go out more, to meet up with fun people and obviously to crack the famously oversaturated "location-based, factual-yet-entertaining audio-adventure-interview (that sometimes visits an airport)" podcast genre. Fingers crossed!’

Episode two will feature Camden local Bec Hill walking down Regent’s Canal in London, while future guests in the 12-episode series include William Andrews, Holly Burn, Annie McGrath, Rob Auton and Nick Helm

Fletcher’s credits included Ted Lasso, Dreamland, and Shameless and he has written for Cartoon Network’s The Amazing World of Gumball.

Producers Turtle Canyon Comedy will be releasing the podcast through the Global platform.
