See Ricky Gervais and cast discuss the show

Ricky Gervais and some of his After Life co-stars are to discuss the making of the Netflix show at an event in London later this month.

Tony Way, Tom Basden, Jo Hartley will be joining the series creator at the session during Stories Festival, which is backed by the streaming giant.

Organisers say: ‘The panel session will explore Ricky's approach to writing and directing as well as how the cast come together to bring the script to life during filming.’

The event takes place at Picturehouse Central in London at 4:15pm on Sunday September 26 and will be moderated by journalist Boyd Hilton. Tickets are available here, priced £15 (£12 concs)

The festival features a range of sessions with the likes of Line Of Duty creator Jed Mercurio, author Robert Harris, musician Will Young and former Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls
