Brian Pern, Alice Lowe and Robert Webb at the 4th Annual National Film Awards UK this morning.

Brian Pern: A Tribute, the 40-minute BBC Four TV movie produced, directed and co-written by Rhys Thomas,  was named best comedy.

And Jane Asher was named best supporting actress for her role as Cindi Batt in the same film.

Lowe was named best actress for her comedy horror film Prevenge.

And  Webb won ‘best supporting actor’ for his role in Channel 4 comedy Back, in which he co-starred with David Mitchell.

The preposterous action comedy blockbuster Kingsman: The Golden Circle was named best British film.
