Monday May 4

CONVERSATIONS FROM A LONG MARRIAGE: The radio sitcom starring Joanna Lumley and Roger Allam as a couple who have been married for over 40 years returns for a seventh series BBC Radio 4, 2:15pm.

GREAT LIVES – Peter Cook: Comedian Jon Harvey, better known as his alter ego Count Binface, looks back at Cook's life, from his central role in the early-Sixties satire boom with Beyond The Fringe and his Soho club The Establishment,to his famous double act with Dudley Moore. The show features lots of archive clips including contributions from Ian Hislop, Jonathan Miller and Chris Morris. BBC Radio 4, 3:00pm.

THE UNBELIEVABLE TRUTH: Joining David Mitchell are Alan Davies, Celya AB, Ian Smith and Angela Barnes. BBC Radio 4, 6:30pm.

ONLY CHILD: The cross-generational sitcom returns. After his dream Norway job doesn't go to plan, Richard (Greg McHugh) just wants to hide away, but his dad Ken (Gregor Fisher) has other ideas, forcing him to join a protest group fighting to save the local allotments. BBC Scotland, 10:30pm.

Wednesday May 6

NINA GILLIGAN: GOLDFISH: A stand-up special exploring the quirks and fragility of memory through middle-aged meltdowns and the unfiltered commentary of her inner goldfish. BBC Radio 4, 6:30pm.

AMANDALAND: The hit sitcom returns for a much-anticipated second series. In this episode Amanda (Lucy Punch) takes great strides to prove that she's not shallow (perish the thought!). So she decides to use a school careers talk to prove her critics wrong. Also stars Philippa Dunne, Samuel Anderson, Joanna Lumley and Siobhán McSweeney.
