Henry Normal tapes another Radio 4 special

Returning to his Nottingham hometown to discuss community

Henry Normal is to record a ninth instalment of his occasional Radio 4 series.

This time, the comedy poet – who previously produced and wrote on shows including  The Royle Family, Gavin and Stacey and Alan Partridge – will be focussing on community.

It follows A Normal… shows on family, life, love, imagination, nature, the universe, communication and ageing.

The show will be recorded in Normal’s home town of Nottingham on June 1, as he explores his relationship with the place where he grew up.

Free audience tickets to the recording are available from the BBC.
