Allan Mustafa and Hugo Chegwin will be Chattin' Shit

People Just Do Nothing stars Allan Mustafa and Hugo Chegwin are to launch a new podcast.

In Chattin’ Shit, the pair, who play MC Grindah  and DJ Beats in the BBC comedy, will talk with a famous guest about ‘anything and everything’.

‘It’s high level waffle in its purest form,’ they said in a statement.  It’s shit but it’s shit on purpose.’

The first two episodes will be available Spotify, iTunes and Acast from Wednesday July 29, with no guest in the first episode and This Country’s Charlie Cooper in episode two.

In future installments, hey will be Radio 1’s Clara Ammo, comedian and poet Tim Key and their  People Just Do Nothing co-star Lily Brazier among others.

The pair will return to their Kurupt FM roles in the feature film People Just Do Nothing: Big in Japan, duo out later this year, while they are also reuniting with Steve Stamp to develop a possible Channel 4 comedy, The Curse, about a 1980s heist.
