Sky orders a second series of Romesh Ranganathan's Reluctant Landlord
Sky has ordered a second series of Romesh Ranganathan’s pub-based sitcom The Reluctant Landlord before the first has even aired.
The broadcaster announced the news in a tweet, as well as confirming that the comedy will start on October 30

Ranganathan wrote the comedy, loosely based on his own experiences of taking over his father’s pub in East Grinstead, soon after his father died.
In the comedy, he is pressured by his mum to keep the pub as a way of to keep his dad's legacy alive, and by his wife and children who enjoy being there.
Car Share’s Sian Gibson plays as his wife, and Nick Helm is his best mate Lemon.
It also stars Yasmine Akram as the bar manager, Steve Edge as Dave Foster, Shaheen Khan as his mother and Marek Larwood as Lee who props the bar, as well as a supporting cast that includes Vicki Pepperdine, Alison Steadman, Phil Davies, Tom Basden, Steve Stamp, Loyle Carner, Brona Titley, Evelyn Mok, Will Smith, Tom Meeten, Terry Mynott
The Reluctant Landlord is made by production company What Larks!, whose credits include Jo Brand's social work sitcom Damned, and is being directed by David Sant, whose credits include Benidorm and Yonderland.
