With Glee's Kevin McHale

James Acaster is to record a pilot of a new panel show next month, hosted by Glee star Kevin McHale.

The Edinburgh Comedy Award-nominated stand-up will be one of the team captains on Virtually Famous opposite Jessica Knappett, the Inbetweeners and Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa actress who created E4’s Drifters.

Virtually Famous is also being tested out for E4 and is based on ‘celebrating weird and wonderful people’. It was previously called 140 Characters

McHale, who plays Artie Abrams in Glee, will be hosting the pilot at Riverside Studios in Hammersmith, West London, on February 13. See our free tickets page to join the studio audience.
