Here’s stand-up Paul Hilleard talking about growing up in a deprived South Wales town and daydreaming about compensation schemes - while teasing the audience for being middle-class.

It comes from his debut show, Grogg, is being performed at Monkey Barrel Comedy in Niddry Street at 22:40 during the Edinburgh Fringe.

 The 2024 BBC New Comedy Award winner has also been named one of Chortle's Hotshots for this year’s festival.
