Holden and Carr do up a rural home

The BBC has released a trailer for Amanda and Alan's Italian Job – in which Amanda Holden and Alan Carr try to do up a dilapidated Sicilian home.

Holden took advantage of an Italian scheme to breathe new life into forgotten towns,  by selling empty homes for one euro – then convinced best friend Carr to spend a summer doing them up.

The show launches on January 6.
