As Peter Davidson makes a guest appearance

Sky has released the first look trailer for the next episodes of its paramedic comedy Bloods.

Starring Samson Kayo and Jane Horrocks, the comedy returns with five new episodes on September 1 on Sky Comedy and streaming service Now.

It follows the previous batch of five episodes released in March, which together comprise the second series.

In the new episodes former Doctor Who actor Peter Davison makes a cameo appearance as a retired surgeon, joining the returning cast of Lucy Punch, Julian Barratt, Adrian Scarborough, Aasiya Shah, Kevin Garry, Sam Campbell, Katherine Kelly and Grace Fincham.
