Previewing his Edinburgh show... and just chatting to the room

John Hastings says he has the look of a man who has 'been through a lot' in this clip from Chortle's Fast Fringe.

The Canadian comedian was appearing at the pre-festival showcase to perform an extract from his Edinburgh show, Do You Have Any Ointment My John Hastings.

But he also spent much of his time on stage at the end of the gig addressing the room and the Fringe in general...

His show is on at Monkey Barrel at Carnivore at 8.15pm.
