The first of many festival preview clips...

The Edinburgh Fringe is soon upon us – and here’s the first of 30 preview clips Chortle will be running to plug festival shows.

Introduced in French by Arthur Smith, here Marcel Lucont offers a small sample of his his Edinburgh Festival Fringe talk show, Marcel Lucont Etc.

The aloof Frenchman will be appearing at Just The Tonic At La Belle Angele at 6.30pm from August 4 to 14 – as well as  Les Enfants Terribles – A Gameshow for Awful Children at the Gilded Balloon Teviot at 3pm from August 3 to 14.

This clip was filmed at Chortle’s Fast Fringe in London earlier this month. The   showcase will be back at Edinburgh, showcasing 12 different comedy and variety acts every day at Pleasance Dome at 6.50pm. Tickets here.
