Comic makes his national US TV stand-up debut on Stephen Colbert's show

Alex Edelman mades his national US TV stand-up debut on The Late Show slast night.

The comic told Stephen Colbert’s audience true stories about his family, including his dad almost winning the Nobel Prize for Medicine.

He was on TV to promote another off-Broadway run of his stand-up show Just For Us, which runs at New York’s Soho Playhouse from Monday untll April 23.

Just For Us premiered at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 2018, garnering a nomination for best show, and has also had successful runs at London’s Soho Theatre and the Edinburgh Fring
