Here’s the first look of Ben Whishaw as Adam Kay in the TV adaptation of This Is Going To Hurt.

The Q actor plays a harassed junior doctor in the new BBC One comedy based on Kay’s bestselling NHS memoirs.

And this clip, also featuring Ambika Mod as an inexperienced senior house officer,  gives a flavour of the stress and chaos of being on an-overstretched labour ward.
