Comic shares the anecdote with Rob Brydon

Jimmy Carr has revealed how he once accidentally invaded Bruce Springsteen's dressing room.

The comic mistook The Boss's private space for the communal backstage green room at New York's Madison Square Garden when they were on the same bill of a charity gig.

So he strode in confidently and started chatting away to the megastar, making himself at home - entirely unaware he was taking over his private space.
