Trailer for Ghosts series two

Returning to BBC One soon

BBC One has released a trailer for the second series of Ghosts.

The ensemble comedy Ghosts is returning from 8.30pm on September 21, the broadcaster has announced.

The team finished filming the second series about a cash-strapped young couple who inherit a haunted country house, the day before lockdown in March.

In the new series, Alison, played by Charlotte Richie, and Mike (Kiell Smith-Bynoe) are trying to get along with their ghostly housemates of Button House.

The show was created by Mathew Baynton, Simon Farnaby, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick, Laurence Rickard and Willbond – the team behind Horrible Histories who also star as the ghosts, alongside Lolly Adefope and Katy Wix.

A third series has already been commissioned.
