Trailer for Rose Matafeo's Horndog

Coming to HBO Max next week

HBO Max has released a trailer for Rose Matafeo's first stand-up special, Horndog.

The show won the New Zealand comic the best show prize at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2018, and was subsequently recorded in London.

In the teaser she talks about love, reading books and why baths are overrated.

But the main thrust of her show is to investigate horniness

'Is it that intangible essence of excitement and adventure that has inspired humankind since the dawn of time?,' the streaming service asks. 'An understanding of the overwhelming power of love as the key to true personal flourishing? Or is it simply wanting to bone everyone, all the time?'

The special lands on the US streaming service next Thursday.
