At Chortle's Fast Fringe

The Manchester accent is far from sexy, according to comic Rachel Fairburn.

The stand-up, who is from the city, says her voice ‘has the kind of tone that no matter what I say to them, they just assume I’m trying to kick off.’

But she did suggest one great use for the accent when she appeared in Chortle's Fast Fringe in London last month. Watch the clip below to find out what it is…
