New Friends set coming soon

Friends is to get its own Lego set.

The 1,070-piece package allows fans to recreated Central Perk in plastic, including a couch, armchair, two chairs and the stage where Phoebe performed her songs.

It also contains seven new minifigures of Ross, Rachel, Chandler, Monica, Joey, Phoebe and Gunther, with accessories: Ross’s  keyboard, Rachel’s tray and coffee cup, Monica’s muffin, Joey’s pizza box, pizza slice and ‘man bag’, Chandler’s laptop, Phoebe’s guitar and Gunther’s broom.

Other components include a coffee machine, service counter, cash register, cookie jar, menu board, umbrella stand, 15 coffee cups and TV studio light rigs.

And Lego say the completed set ‘will make an eye-catching centrepiece in any room.’

It goes on sale on September 1, priced  £64.99, and can be ordered now from the Lego website.
