Adam Flood and Alexandra Haddow to record their specials

Debut taping for both comics

Adam Flood and Alexandra Haddow are to record their first stand-up specials this month.

Both of their debut hours will be recorded at the Moth Club – the former working men’s club in East London – on May 29, although no distributor has yet been confirmed.

Haddow’s show, Not My Finest Hour covers the things that she’s done that are not always seen as ‘good’, including sex, kids, and saying sorry.

She said: said: ‘I’m so excited to film my debut show in Moth, a place I have never before experienced fully sober. I’m hoping this final performance of Not My Finest Hour will be my finest.’

Flood's Remoulded is a show about running away from his hometown, Stoke-on-Trent and reinventing himself

He said: "Recording my first special is a big deal. I can’t wait to cut it up into decontextualised 30 second Tik Toks. I love this show and doing it one final time in such a cool venue with one of my good pal’s Alexandra is going to be top."

Both comics return  to the Edinburgh Fringe in August with their sophomore shows: Haddow’s Third Party and Flood’s Back of the Spoon both at Monkey Barrel Comedy.

Tickets for the shows are available via Dice.
