Miles Ketley dies at 52, days before Truth Seekers launches

Miles Ketley, the chief executive of Simon Pegg’s and Nick Frost’s production company, Stolen Picture, has unexpectedly died at the age of 52.

The executive previously was an executive producer on the Dad's Army movie and on Alan Bennett's The History Boys and The Lady In The Van.

He was also executive producer on Stolen Picture's latest project, comedy-horror TV series Truth Seekers, which launches on Amazon Prime Video later this month

In a statement, the company said: 'We are beyond heartbroken at the sudden passing of our friend and colleague, Miles Ketley.

He was the captain of our ship and the head of our family at Stolen Picture. We will miss him with all our  hearts.

'We send boundless love and sympathy to his family and friends and ask that everyone’s privacy be respected at this time.'

The statement was shared on Pegg's official Twitter account.

Ketley, who previously worked at production company Bad Wolf was also executive producer on Sara Pascoe vs. Monogamy in 2918.
