When is Rick and Morty back on E4?
Broadcaster reveals launch date for new episodes
E4 has announced that it will air new episodes of Rick and Morty four days after they air in the US.
It means the second part of the fourth season of the sci-fi animated comedy will land in the UK on Thursday May 7 at 10pm.
Created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, the Emmy-winning animated comedy series from Adult Swim follows a sociopathic genius scientist who drags his inherently timid grandson on insanely dangerous adventures across the universe.
The first episodes in the series were released last year, after an almost two-year wait, before it took a mid-season break.
Here is a teaser fo the new episodes:
During the hiatus Adult Swim last month unexpectedly released a five-minute short, Samurai & Shogun, featuring the characters.
Rick and Morty will be followed by the new animated comedy Harley Quinn, starring Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco as the Joker's villainous ex wreaking havoc in Gotham City.
