Stand-up show to be taped at London's Southbank Centre

Ahir Shah is to record his HBO Max comedy special in London next month, it has been announced.

News that the double Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee had landed the stand-up show on the new new US streaming service came last December.

Now it has been confirmed that the performance will be taped at the  Southbank Centre on March 31 over two performances at 7pm and 9.30pm. Tickets will go on general release on  Friday.

Rose Matafeo’s HBO Max special, Horndog, was also announced at the same time, and recorded at The Ambassadors Theatre in London’s West End last month.
