First acts announced for Montreal's Just For Laughs

Montreal’s Just For Laughs comedy festival has announced its first shows of 2020.

The include Bill Burr, who returns to the city for a one-night only show at the Bell Centre on July 25.

The festival has also announced the return of The Nasty Show. featuring bad-taste veteran Andrew Dice Clay, as well as audience favourite The Ethnic Show.

The Just For Laughs Festival runs from July 8 to July 26, with mainly French-language shows at the start, and English programming in the last week. Tickets go on sale from Thursday from the official website.
