West End run ends after four years

The Comedy About a Bank Robbery is to end its West End run after four years.

Mischief Theatre, best known for its Play That Goes Wrong, will close at the Criterion Theatre on May 3.

The news comes after its new production, Magic Goes Wrong, just opened at the Vaudeville Theatre.

The Play That Goes Wrong is also still on at the Duchess Theatre, and Peter Pan Goes Wrong is on a UK tour.

Producer Kenny Wax said: ‘After a fabulous four-year run at the Criterion Theatre, we have decided that now is the right time to draw an end to this incredible production.  A four-year run is a remarkable achievement from which we all take much pride.’
