My Favorite Murder podcast comes to UK

Live show in Hammersmith Apollo

American true crime comedy podcast My Favorite Murder is to stage its first live show in the UK  – in the 3,600-capacity Hammersmith Eventim Apollo

The podcast, which began in January last year, involves comedians Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark sharing their favourite tales of murder, as well as hearing hometown crime stories from friends and fans.

It is currently No  16 in the iTunes comedy podcast In the UK, sandwiched between Radio 4’s News Quiz Extra and the  Frank Skinner Show from Absolute Radio.

 Kilgariff worked on the cult sketch TV show Glasgow-set sitcom The Book Group which ran on Channel 4 in  2002 and 2003; while Hardstark is also known in the States for her appearances on the Cooking Channel.Mr. Show and appeared in the

Tickets to their Hammersmith show, on May 12 next year, go on sale at 10am this Friday.
