HOUSE OF GAMES: It's the last week with Richard Osman in the chair before he hands over to Michael Sheen. Comedians Miles Jupp, Cariad Lloyd, Lucy Porter and Kiell Smith-Bynoe will see him off. BBC Two, 6pm

KERRY GODLIMAN: BANDWIDTH: Recorded at the Comedy Store, this show 'blends rage and chaotic hilarity' as the comic talks about wellness, influencers, robots and fashion, from the point of view of a middle-aged woman who simply doesn’t have the bandwidth for any of it. It drops on the YouTube channel of producers 800 Pound Gorilla today.

Wednesday September 30

NOT GOING OUT: Hugh Dennis and Abigail Cruttenden return to the long-running sitcom as their characters Toby and Anna arrive for a weekend visit, just as a beauty treatment goes horribly wrong for Lucy (Sally Bretton) – so Lee (Lee Mack) spins a web of lies. BBC One, 9:30pm.

THE CELEBRITY TRAITORS: After Alan Carr's success in the castle last year, producers have gone all-in on the comedians this time around with Joe Lycett, James Acaster, Miranda Hart making her TV comeback, Joanne McNally and chums Romesh Ranganathan and Rob Beckett. Will they all remain 100 per cent faithful? BBC One, 8pm

BREAK CLAUSE: In this new Generation Rent comedy Lara Ricote and Samuel Bottomley play a couple who have to live in the same flat during a break-up as they cannot break the tenancy agreement. The cast also includes comedians John Thomson, Jessica Knappett and Catherine Cohen, as well as Charly Clive – known for her stage show and BBC Three pilot Britney and for co-starring with Steve Carell in Rooster – Our Flag Means Death star Nathan Foad,and Hammed Animashaun and Jack Shep, both cast members on Saturday Night Live UK. It's been written and created by Jess Bray, who worked on The Outlaws, and directed by Alice Snedden from Starstruck. Channel 4, 10pm.

THE GOOD PLACE: The super-inventive comedy, in which Eleanor Shellstrop (Kristen Bell) finds herself in the afterlife, where she's greeted by an angel/architect, played by Ted Danson, starts streaming for free on U.

Friday October 2

HAVE I GOT NEWS FOR YOU: The new series opens with Richard Ayoade hosting for the 15th time. Ian Hislop and Paul Merton captain the teams, and Gyles Brandreth appears as a guest panellist. BBC One, 9:30pm.
