Chi and Lucas interview celebs on a pedalo

The BBC has launched a YouTube spin-off from on Things You Should Have Done.

What Have You Done features the sitcom's characters  Chi (Lucia Keskin) and  Lucas (Jamie Bisping) inviting bewildered celebrities to sit on their pedalo on Ramsgate Boating Lake and discuss their regrets.

The first two episodes have dropped today featuring Kate Garraway and Big Zuu.

Six further weekly instalments will feature Sam Campbell, Tia Kofi, Konnie Huq, Tamzin Outhwaite, Lou Sanders and Josh Pugh.

In her 11-minute episode, Kate Garraway talks about Celebrity Traitors, pantomimes, and clickbait:

And Zuu talks about seeing giraffes every day, sugary drinks, and falling asleep watching films:

Like the sitcom, the digital series is produced by Roughcut,  whose CEO Ash Atalla said: "Making comedy is really hard. This was only a tiny bit easier because it was shorter.’

Keskin started as a YouTube star under the name Chi With A C before making Things You Should Have Done, which has gone on to win Bafta and RTS awards.

Jon Petrie, the BBC’s director of comedy, said: ‘When Chi came to us and pitched the maddest YouTube format ever, we couldn’t possibly say no. Stuck on a pedalo with Chi AND Lucas whilst being grilled about life choices and regrets!? Our celebrity guests truly have their work cut out for them. All Aboard the pedalo!’

The BBC has pledged to make more material for YouTube, pledging ‘short-form, personality-driven content designed to engage new audiences’.
