BASINGSTOKE: Top comedy agents Off The Kerb have put together some Christmas shows with a difference – top-flight comedy stars but in a theatre, away from the rowdy atmosphere some clubs encourage at this time of year. The first Comedy Crackers gig is at the Anvil tonight, with Dara Ó Briain headlining a bill that includes Harriet Kemsley, Michelle de Swarte and Charlie Baker. And next week the format's at Leicester De Montfort Hall, Dartford Orchard West and Stevenage Concert Hall, but with a different line-up.
POTTERS BAR: A rock-solid line up of stand-up favourites at Wyllyotts Theatre tonight includes Paul Chowdhry, Red Richardson, Angela Barnes and Carl Donnelly.
Friday November 28
LONDON: The Silly Goose comedy clubs moves from its usual home at The Trinity pub in Borough to the nearby Union Theatre, with a super-sized line-up to match. Connoisseurs' favourite Sarah Keyworth headlines with a supporting bill that includes Edinburgh best newcomer Ayoade Bamgboye, Katie Norris and Sharifa Butterfly.
SWANSEA: An excellent night in store at the Grand as pun king Gary Delaney headlines the Chuckl comedy night, alongside the fine work of Kiri Pritchard-McLean, Nabil Abdulrashid and Leroy Brito

EDINBURGH: Adam Riches brings back his most successful alter-ego, Sean Bean, for a touring version of his cult late-night Edinburgh hit, Dungeons ‘n’ Bastards.
