Meanwhile, fellow Taskmaster alumna Desiree Burch is taking her new show The Golden Wrath on tour in October, after a two-week at the Edinburgh Fringe in August.
It is her first new show since 2019, and revolves around her entering her middle age.
She said: ‘There comes a day when you look around and wonder "is the world a raging bin fire, or is it perimenopause?" The answer, my friend, is "yes".’
Jessica Fostekew has announced a 30-date tour of her show Iconic Breath.described as a ‘monster’s guide to tolerance and temperance’.
Like Burch she considers the world ‘is on fire’ and ‘wrestles with how to stay sane (and vaguely nice)’ as empathy is in increasingly short supply.
She said: ‘All my forces have gone into building this new show. It’s the funniest show I’ve ever written and I honestly cannot wait to take it out and show it off.’

Michael and Hilary Whitehall will be taking live version of their podcast The Wittering Whitehalls on the road for 11 dates this autumn.
The parents of comic Jack promise an ‘unfiltered evening of wisdom, wit, and well-earned opinions, drawn from nearly 30 years of marriage and raising three children together, while audience members will be encouraged to submit their own questions, in return for some ‘questionable advice’.
Michael said: ‘The Wittering Whitehalls as a podcast seemed a strange idea; What was a podcast? But turning it into a live show seems even stranger. But who knows? I never thought Travels With My Father would work. Come and see us and decide for yourself.’
Hilary added: ‘It's bad enough trying to keep Michael under control at home. What on earth am I doing carting him around the country and putting him in front of live audiences? I must be mad. Where's Jack Whitehall when I need him? I'll just have to rely on marital banter, squabbles and laughter. Come and join the fun!’
