Kevin Bridges announces 2022 tour

First 35 dates go on sale next week

Kevin Bridges has announced a 2022 tour,  The Overdue Catch-Up.

A total of 35 dates have been announced, starting with two nights at the Liverpool Empire on July 15 and 16, and culminating in a four-night run at the Eventim Apollo in West London from November 29.

The tour also includes six hometown gigs in Glasgow’s Ovo Hydro and four nights at both the Manchester O2 Apollo and Newcastle O2 City Hall.

But more dates are expected to be added later. In his last two tours, the comic played a total of 35 nights at the Hydro, breaking their box office records.

Bridges said: ‘Since we last spoke, a lot has changed in my life and - as we know - in this world of ours, but what hasn’t changed is the fact that a crowd of people in a room together having a laugh usually makes for a fairly pleasant evening.

‘I’m excited to be back out doing stand-up again and I’m looking forward to seeing you all - and some new people too. Simple as that.  Enjoy yer night.’

Some tickets go on sale at 10am next Wednesday, December 1, and on general sale from 10am next Friday,

Bridges last  two tours sold just under 1,000,000 tickets between them
