Bill Bailey to headline Latitude

First comedy name announced for Suffolk festival

Bill Bailey has been named as the first headliner for Latitude's Comedy Arena next year.

The festival, which takes place in Henham Park, Suffolk, from July 16 to19 also announced that the music headliners would be Liam Gallagher, The Chemical Brothers and Hair

Bailey said: 'Last time I played Latitude it wasn’t too bad so I’m quite looking forward to headlining in 2020.'

Other musical acts announced include The Lumineers, Keane and Charli XCX, but no other comedy names have yet been confirmed. 

Tickets, priced £210 for an adult weekend pass, go on sale at 9am on Friday.
