Rescheduled dates pulled with no explanation

Demetri Martin has scrapped his UK and Ireland tour dates for the second time in six months.

The American comics was due to play eight dates in February – but tickets-holders have been told that the shows have been cancelled.

No explanation has been given for the move, other than ‘unforeseen circumstances’.

In April, the former Perrier winner pulled all his shows with just a few days’ notice, citing a mystery TV project, and replacing them with the new dates.

However, no alternatives have been given following the new cancellations to his Wandering Mind tour.

He had been due to play the London Palladium, the Glee in Glasgow and Birmingham, Komedia in Brighton and Bath, the Lowry in Salford, St George’s in Bristol and Vicar Street in Dublin and the
