EDINBURGH: Today is the fifth anniversary of Robin Williams' death, and in his memory, Fringe comics are hosting a fundraise for two mental health charities: Mind in England & Wales, and SAMH in Scotland. Nish Kumar comperes Sofie Hagen, Rosie Jones, Laura Lexx, Andrew O'Neill , Tom Walker, Paul 'Silky' White and pro-wrestler Colt Cabana. The Late Show starts at 00:15 at Assembly's Gordon Aikman Theatre in George Square.

EDINBURGH:Russell Howard headlines the McEwan Hall in a massive benefit for brain cancer, set up after the four-year-old son of Underbelly co-founder Ed Bartlam, was diagnosed with an aggressive and rare form of brain cancer called ependymoma. Also on the bill are Jason Byrne, Nina Conti, Danny Bhoy and Flo & Joan, plus host John Hastings. Tickets

LONDON: Australia's queen of quirky comedy, Anne Edmonds, begins a run of her latest show What's Wrong With You? at the Soho Theatre at 7.30pm. It's all about the ‘self-involved arseholes’ she encounters, and what she might do to put them right. Read our four-star review from the Melbourne comedy festival here.

LONDON: And you could double that up with a show from married US comics Natasha Leggero and Moshe Kasher, whose Endless Honeymoon Tour makes its London debut, playing at 9.45pm all week. Leggero created the Comedy Central sitcom, Another Period, while Kasher has also had his own show with the broadcaster, as being a regular on legal dram The Fix.

LONDON: There's a great line-up at the Comedy Store all weekend, with smart (and smart-arse) Carey Marx, skilled domestic tales from circuit veteran Dominic Holland, livewire Scot Larry Dean, forece of nature Ninia Benjamin, and the wonderfully wry Tom Wrigglesworth.
